Workouts that Travel:

More people traveling in business and pleasure than ever need to learn how to act effectively while staying away from home.

Traveling on a trave should not make your fitness plan blurry. Be creative in your choice of exercises, be realistic and manage your time more effectively, no matter how busy your route is.

Studies show that 4 x 15 minute exercises are as effective as a 1 x 60 minute session. The end result – more efficient use of your time, greater energy expenditure, boosting your metabolism four times a day, and physiological production of happy hormones and endorphins during the day to provide you with energy, good mood and mental alertness.

So how does this relate to exercise? Before breakfast, plug in your trainers and hit the gym for 10 minutes of running and stretching or go swimming. Walk for 15 minutes in the hotel area after lunch. This will also help with the digestive process, so you will not feel full again when you return to work. Once your meetings are over, hit the gym for a quick 15-20 minute power-up connection. Circuit training will keep your heart weight up, maximizing your energy expenditure, completing your workout in less time, and creating a new training response to fit and respond to your body. Forget about your 3 collections of 10. If you have a gym, work all your exercises at once, replacing each other with muscle groups. Then hit the shower to get ready for your lunch break. It's really as easy as that.

You will need to be disciplined for the first time, but once you try it, it will be as ordinary as brushing your teeth, and you will feel fantastic.

Here are some other tips to increase physical activity while traveling your business:
